CULINARY PASSION 

Locmaria originates from the Breton Island of Groix.  Thus, fish and seafood will be the main dishes, and will be sublimated by Hervé’s cuisine who made this raw material the basis of his recipes.  He elaborates them in close link to the producers that he meets.

 

Respecting local products by revisiting their flavors; this is what Hervé s cuisine is about, and this is also his life’s value: His aim is to carry on the tradition by adding a glimpse of innovation, astonishment, impulse and dream.
