San Francisco

 

 

Taking to pieces an old wood cabin, importing it from the French Alps to San Francisco, and rebuilding it exactly the same way with his own hands so it can become his next restaurant. That is a challenge a little bit crazy and a hundred percent authentic that the French Chef Hervé Gualano threw himself in. 

 

Maybe… But Hervé wishes to offer a cuisine that conveys his emotional experiences. So, for him this is necessary to work in a place that reflects who he deeply is.

If Hervé cares so much about a warm welcome, this is also thanks to his travels in Mongolia, the US, Canada, France… From his horseback treks where he was offered bed and board in exchange of sharing his knowledge as a carpenter and as a cook, he keeps memories of enriching encounters, warm welcomes and shared friendships.
